1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile or web application published by Otters Camp (collectively, the “Apps”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of our Apps without written permission.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in our Apps, including all original software, code, graphics, text, design, trademarks, and other content, remain the exclusive property of Anton Porozhniak (Otters Camp) or its licensors. Certain visual elements, such as stock images, icons, or fonts, may be used under license from third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or any right to use our trademarks, branding, or other intellectual property except as expressly permitted.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required by local laws in your country, to use our Apps. By using them, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some Apps may offer optional auto-renewing Premium subscriptions that can include a free trial period. Payments are processed through the App Store, Google Play, or other authorized platforms, and your account will be charged at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless canceled before renewal.
• Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google Play according to their respective refund policies. We do not provide direct refunds.

6. App Updates, Compatibility, and Availability

We may require you to update an App to continue using it. Access may be temporarily or permanently blocked if you do not install the latest version. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any App, feature, or pricing at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to support older versions or devices that no longer meet minimum system requirements.

7. Internet Connection

Most of our Apps require an active internet connection. You are responsible for any mobile-network or data charges incurred while using them.

8. Data and Analytics

We may collect limited analytics, usage, and crash data to improve performance, stability, and user experience. By using our Apps, you consent to this collection and processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Apps may include third-party libraries, analytics tools, or links to external websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Prohibited Use

• Use any App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to copy, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of an App.
• Circumvent access controls, payment systems, or security measures.
• Interfere with servers, networks, or other users.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately, and no refund will be provided for remaining subscription time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding their reliability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use any of our Apps, including but not limited to loss of data or device damage.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed and the rest of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Otters Camp regarding your use of our Apps and supersede any prior agreements.

15. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of our rights to enforce it later.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the local laws applicable in your country or region. You agree to resolve any disputes in accordance with local regulations.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of our Apps after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
